At Back Glass USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to, back glasses, glue and merch products.
Quality Assurance
Before we ship any of our products, we thoroughly inspect them to ensure they meet our high standards of quality. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@backglassusa.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@backglassusa.com. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it and you will need to follow the process for a damaged or defective item.
